Narrative:
It was understood by tower that I could receive but not transmit. I was told to follow a faster plane that just took off while I was on upwind. Then I heard a female pilot (in another plane) coming in at 5 mi out, that was told to fly straight in. After turning base, I wondered why I was not cleared to land or given other instructions. Before turning final, I clicked my microphone button. I looked for the other plane and clicked again. Nothing! On final, I would decide whether to do a missed approach to get their attention. Then I saw her fast-moving low wing pass under me. Then the tower requested I do a right 360 degree immediately. The female pilot never knew she flew under me. I asked the tower an hour later and the controller said he just forgot about me. I should have extended my downwind until all cleared and/or cleared to land.

Title: 2 SMAS HAD AN NMAC IN THE TFC PATTERN. THE TWR FORGOT ABOUT THE RPTING ACFT.
Narrative: IT WAS UNDERSTOOD BY TWR THAT I COULD RECEIVE BUT NOT XMIT. I WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW A FASTER PLANE THAT JUST TOOK OFF WHILE I WAS ON UPWIND. THEN I HEARD A FEMALE PLT (IN ANOTHER PLANE) COMING IN AT 5 MI OUT, THAT WAS TOLD TO FLY STRAIGHT IN. AFTER TURNING BASE, I WONDERED WHY I WAS NOT CLRED TO LAND OR GIVEN OTHER INSTRUCTIONS. BEFORE TURNING FINAL, I CLICKED MY MIKE BUTTON. I LOOKED FOR THE OTHER PLANE AND CLICKED AGAIN. NOTHING! ON FINAL, I WOULD DECIDE WHETHER TO DO A MISSED APCH TO GET THEIR ATTN. THEN I SAW HER FAST-MOVING LOW WING PASS UNDER ME. THEN THE TWR REQUESTED I DO A R 360 DEG IMMEDIATELY. THE FEMALE PLT NEVER KNEW SHE FLEW UNDER ME. I ASKED THE TWR AN HR LATER AND THE CTLR SAID HE JUST FORGOT ABOUT ME. I SHOULD HAVE EXTENDED MY DOWNWIND UNTIL ALL CLRED AND/OR CLRED TO LAND.
