Narrative:
As PIC for an agriculture mission (dispersal of sterile med-floes) for the government agency (aircraft based at nuq). Prior to flight, WX and NOTAMS were searched using duat and no restrictions on use of airspace in sjc area were noted. After takeoff from nuq I was handed over to sjc tower. Sjc tower directed me to my dispensing area. After completion of my flight I contacted nuq tower 7 NM out (southeast) and requested permission to land. Their instructions were fly right downwind for runway 14R and cleared to land. Shortly after landing, I was approached by the secret service. They wanted to know why I flew so close to the president's party in mountain view. My position is that there was no NOTAM issued and the controller at nuq would not have allowed me to enter a known restr area if one had existed. I performed normal landing at nuq.

Title: AGRICULTURAL MISSION SMA RETURNING TO MIL FIELD APCHED BY SECRET SVC REF FLYING OVER PRESIDENTIAL PARTY.
Narrative: AS PIC FOR AN AGRICULTURE MISSION (DISPERSAL OF STERILE MED-FLOES) FOR THE GOV AGENCY (ACFT BASED AT NUQ). PRIOR TO FLT, WX AND NOTAMS WERE SEARCHED USING DUAT AND NO RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF AIRSPACE IN SJC AREA WERE NOTED. AFTER TKOF FROM NUQ I WAS HANDED OVER TO SJC TWR. SJC TWR DIRECTED ME TO MY DISPENSING AREA. AFTER COMPLETION OF MY FLT I CONTACTED NUQ TWR 7 NM OUT (SE) AND REQUESTED PERMISSION TO LAND. THEIR INSTRUCTIONS WERE FLY R DOWNWIND FOR RWY 14R AND CLRED TO LAND. SHORTLY AFTER LNDG, I WAS APCHED BY THE SECRET SVC. THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHY I FLEW SO CLOSE TO THE PRESIDENT'S PARTY IN MOUNTAIN VIEW. MY POS IS THAT THERE WAS NO NOTAM ISSUED AND THE CTLR AT NUQ WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED ME TO ENTER A KNOWN RESTR AREA IF ONE HAD EXISTED. I PERFORMED NORMAL LNDG AT NUQ.
