Narrative:
Right alternator failed first. 30 seconds later, left alternator failed with 15 volts in battery. Lost communications with center. All electrical system in aircraft were inoperative. I was in VMC. I made a 180 degree turn and descended at 2000 FPM. Left alternator came back on line at 10000 ft. Was able to communicate with center and landed at lakeland. Right alternator was repaired along with electrical short to left alternator and flight resumed the next day.
