Narrative:
Unable to raise landing gear. Checked and found circuit breaker popped, reset and raised gear. Went through abnormal checklist, monitored situation. Notified ATC that we would fly at reduced airspeed. 30 mins into the flight, the gear in transit lights came on indicating the gear not fully up. Went through the abnormal checklist. Pumped down the landing gear when landing at our next destination. Acquired a ferry permit. Maintenance located a wire which had shorted and corrected.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB MALFUNCTION IN A NIGHT OP.
Narrative: UNABLE TO RAISE LNDG GEAR. CHKED AND FOUND CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED, RESET AND RAISED GEAR. WENT THROUGH ABNORMAL CHKLIST, MONITORED SIT. NOTIFIED ATC THAT WE WOULD FLY AT REDUCED AIRSPD. 30 MINS INTO THE FLT, THE GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHTS CAME ON INDICATING THE GEAR NOT FULLY UP. WENT THROUGH THE ABNORMAL CHKLIST. PUMPED DOWN THE LNDG GEAR WHEN LNDG AT OUR NEXT DEST. ACQUIRED A FERRY PERMIT. MAINT LOCATED A WIRE WHICH HAD SHORTED AND CORRECTED.
