Narrative:
At FL220 lost right engine hydraulic pump. During descent, at approximately FL180, regained right engine pump. At approximately 14000 ft lost both engine hydraulic pumps. At approximately 10000 ft regained both pumps. At approximately 8000 ft lost left pump. And shortly thereafter lost right engine hydraulic pump. During approach, because of loss of both pumps, I elected to drop gear first. Nose came down and locked, mains remained unsafe. Recycled gear and reselected down, unsuccessful, declared an emergency. Accomplished emergency checklist -- emergency gear extension. Landed no flaps. On landing no nosewheel steering. Limited brakes slowly dissipated. Landed without incident.

Title: AN ACR LTT LANDED WITH NO HYD PRESSURE. AN EMER WAS DECLARED.
Narrative: AT FL220 LOST R ENG HYD PUMP. DURING DSCNT, AT APPROX FL180, REGAINED R ENG PUMP. AT APPROX 14000 FT LOST BOTH ENG HYD PUMPS. AT APPROX 10000 FT REGAINED BOTH PUMPS. AT APPROX 8000 FT LOST L PUMP. AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER LOST R ENG HYD PUMP. DURING APCH, BECAUSE OF LOSS OF BOTH PUMPS, I ELECTED TO DROP GEAR FIRST. NOSE CAME DOWN AND LOCKED, MAINS REMAINED UNSAFE. RECYCLED GEAR AND RESELECTED DOWN, UNSUCCESSFUL, DECLARED AN EMER. ACCOMPLISHED EMER CHKLIST -- EMER GEAR EXTENSION. LANDED NO FLAPS. ON LNDG NO NOSEWHEEL STEERING. LIMITED BRAKES SLOWLY DISSIPATED.
