Narrative:
During final approach to landing the before landing checklist had been completed. The aircraft touched down normally then, due to a gust, it ballooned into the air just slightly, not coming off the ground. Due to a left crosswind, the left gear was the first to touch down. As it settled back on its left side, it felt as though the plane was tipping over onto its left side, so I turned the yoke to the right to bring the right side down. The left side just kept on descending lower and lower. I finally ran out of any more right aileron/spoiler correction and the left side smoothly got lower and lower to the ground. As we were just about to call the tower to send out the equipment, the tower notified us that the equipment was on its way. We continued rolling and the left side stopped descending before anything touched the ground. The nose stayed up in the air, but I was able to steer the aircraft off onto a taxiway using the brakes for steering. We didn't order an evacuate/evacuation because we knew there was no fire and no scraping of anything to indicate any potential danger to us in the aircraft. We didn't know about the stability of the aircraft due to the collapsed landing gear. We wanted to get the thumbs- up from the fire/rescue crew and then deplaned everyone out the right rear emergency exit door. The tail was on the ground by now and the airstair door wouldn't open more than 1/4 way. Even after we stopped, we still had 3-GREEN landing gear lights.

Title: ACR MDT SUFFERS PARTIAL COLLAPSE OF L GEAR ON LNDG PROC ROLLOUT.
Narrative: DURING FINAL APCH TO LNDG THE BEFORE LNDG CHKLIST HAD BEEN COMPLETED. THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN NORMALLY THEN, DUE TO A GUST, IT BALLOONED INTO THE AIR JUST SLIGHTLY, NOT COMING OFF THE GND. DUE TO A L XWIND, THE L GEAR WAS THE FIRST TO TOUCH DOWN. AS IT SETTLED BACK ON ITS L SIDE, IT FELT AS THOUGH THE PLANE WAS TIPPING OVER ONTO ITS L SIDE, SO I TURNED THE YOKE TO THE R TO BRING THE R SIDE DOWN. THE L SIDE JUST KEPT ON DSNDING LOWER AND LOWER. I FINALLY RAN OUT OF ANY MORE R AILERON/SPOILER CORRECTION AND THE L SIDE SMOOTHLY GOT LOWER AND LOWER TO THE GND.
