Narrative:

VFR flight with flight following, ATC approach control, to control tower landing. Cleared to land runway 32 by tower. Upon landing and rollout, out of left corner of my eye, noticed other high wing small aircraft landing on crossing runway and appeared to be on collision course. I braked hard to not cross intersecting runway. Tower asked if I blew out tire. Advised tower no, and turned off at intersection and went to ground and advised them it was ok. After tieing down and refueling, tower manager asked to talk and I then said what had happened and he informed me other aircraft had landed without permission and I then informed him about my seeing him as I landed out of the corner of my eye and had braked heavily to avoid a collision and make taxiway turnoff prior to intersecting runway. He commended me for making that choice. No damage to aircraft other than tire wear.

UPON LNDG AND ROLLOUT, OUT OF L CORNER OF MY EYE, NOTICED OTHER HIGH WING SMA LNDG ON XING RWY AND APPEARED TO BE ON COLLISION COURSE. I BRAKED HARD TO NOT CROSS INTERSECTING RWY. TWR ASKED IF I BLEW OUT TIRE. ADVISED TWR NO, AND TURNED OFF AT INTXN AND WENT TO GND AND ADVISED THEM IT WAS OK. AFTER TIEING DOWN AND REFUELING, TWR MGR ASKED TO TALK AND I THEN SAID WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND HE INFORMED ME OTHER ACFT HAD LANDED WITHOUT PERMISSION AND I THEN INFORMED HIM ABOUT MY SEEING HIM AS I LANDED OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE AND HAD BRAKED HEAVILY TO AVOID A COLLISION AND MAKE TXWY TURNOFF PRIOR TO INTERSECTING RWY. HE COMMENDED ME FOR MAKING THAT CHOICE. NO DAMAGE TO ACFT OTHER THAN TIRE WEAR.
