Narrative:
While operating in cruise the right engine became uncontrollable due to computer problems with the fuel control. Engine was shut down and fuel control was reset using pilot handbook procedures. Engine was then restarted and operated normally. During shutdown, the ram air turbine deployed automatically when it was not supposed to. With both engines operating normally, flight continued to destination.
