Narrative:
Procedural errors (i.e., missetting speed bugs, ice protection requirements missed, misunderstood clrncs, falling asleep, etc). Missed calls throughout the day, spanning 8.1 hours flight time (shv-mem-sgf-jln-sgf-mem-shv). Fatigue due to reduced rest (which was proceeded by 15 hours of duty). We desperately need more restrictive rest requirements. Our company routinely uses 'reduced rest' requirements to schedule pilots. There is an intimidation factor which keeps the pilots flying at low performance standards because the company is operating within FARS (barely). It is frustrating to know that with proper rest these 'sloppy' procedures would not occur.

Narrative: PROCEDURAL ERRORS (I.E., MISSETTING SPD BUGS, ICE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS MISSED, MISUNDERSTOOD CLRNCS, FALLING ASLEEP, ETC). MISSED CALLS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, SPANNING 8.1 HRS FLT TIME (SHV-MEM-SGF-JLN-SGF-MEM-SHV). FATIGUE DUE TO REDUCED REST (WHICH WAS PROCEEDED BY 15 HRS OF DUTY). WE DESPERATELY NEED MORE RESTRICTIVE REST REQUIREMENTS. OUR COMPANY ROUTINELY USES 'REDUCED REST' REQUIREMENTS TO SCHEDULE PLTS. THERE IS AN INTIMIDATION FACTOR WHICH KEEPS THE PLTS FLYING AT LOW PERFORMANCE STANDARDS BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS OPERATING WITHIN FARS (BARELY). IT IS FRUSTRATING TO KNOW THAT WITH PROPER REST THESE 'SLOPPY' PROCS WOULD NOT OCCUR.
