Narrative:
Approximately 3-4 seconds after takeoff, the left engine, #1 engine, on the aircraft experienced sudden flameout and loss of power. Crew declared an emergency. Crew was able to climb to altitude assigned by ATC to 2100 ft. We were then vectored back ground for the ILS 23L approach, which we executed safely, in a single-engine confign.
