Narrative:
Upon landing and parking flight at bos, an airport ramp check was conducted by FAA. Baggage door and bin nets were found to be not in place properly for flight. According to the FAA inspecting officer, it is the responsibility of the captain to assure that this is accomplished.

Title: CAPT TAKEN TO TASK BY FAA FOR NOT CHKING CARGO NETS IN BAGGAGE COMPARTMENTS.
Narrative: UPON LNDG AND PARKING FLT AT BOS, AN ARPT RAMP CHK WAS CONDUCTED BY FAA. BAGGAGE DOOR AND BIN NETS WERE FOUND TO BE NOT IN PLACE PROPERLY FOR FLT. ACCORDING TO THE FAA INSPECTING OFFICER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CAPT TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED.
