Narrative:
Air carrier X was handed off by approach. He questioned me as to who the aircraft was below him. I told him atx Y, light transport. Air carrier X was at 7000 ft MSL, 160 KTS. Atx Y passed below him on approach to another runway at 6500 ft MSL, 240 KTS. Air carrier X got an RA and executed a missed approach anyway. Air carrier X said he did not like this situation and was going around. I issued normal missed approach instructions.
