Narrative:

Air carrier X on final to runway 28L appeared to pull up as if to go around. When questioned, pilot responded that he was responding to a TCASII RA. The only other traffic was base to final, small transport Y for runway 28R. This continues to be a problem for airports with simultaneous visual or visual/ILS approachs.
