Narrative:
Air carrier X on final to runway 28L appeared to pull up as if to go around. When questioned, pilot responded that he was responding to a TCASII RA. The only other traffic was base to final, small transport Y for runway 28R. This continues to be a problem for airports with simultaneous visual or visual/ILS approachs.

Narrative: ACR X ON FINAL TO RWY 28L APPEARED TO PULL UP AS IF TO GAR. WHEN QUESTIONED, PLT RESPONDED THAT HE WAS RESPONDING TO A TCASII RA. THE ONLY OTHER TFC WAS BASE TO FINAL, SMT Y FOR RWY 28R. THIS CONTINUES TO BE A PROB FOR ARPTS WITH SIMULTANEOUS VISUAL OR VISUAL/ILS APCHS.
