Narrative:

I took off for a VFR flight to jackson, wy, from 2v2 (longmont, co). Upon landing at rwl (rawlins, wy), I noticed 3 small leading edge nicks in each leading edge on both blades of a 2-BLADED propeller. Blades were filed by a&P who speculated on a wire strike on takeoff. Also speculated upon was a possible WX balloon strike, or unknown other. Propeller was stricken in 3 places, 5 inches from hub, 2/3 down to tip and 2 inches from tip on both blades. Aircraft returned to service after filing.
