Narrative:
I was working the meacham north position (mn). This position works satellite airport operations for 3 controled airports and several uncontrolled fields. These airports are satellite airports to dfw. Mn is a position on dfw TRACON and feeds arrs to runway 13R. This incident involves heavy traffic flow to runway 13R. I was being given traffic from 3 different directions. Straight-in, right base from acton VOR, and downwind over the top of dfw traffic. Many of the aircraft, to ensure separation, I had to take out of the TCA. At one point I had a sustained flow of traffic leaving base leg 25 mi from the airport. Several asked about their location in the TCA. I told them they were not and I had no observed traffic in their area. There was no traffic on one of the arrival runways or runway 18R. There were arrs on runway 17L. I informed the supervisor, but he did not make any comment.
