Narrative:
Very complicated situation involving 3 sectors, 2 of which were involved in training with trackers as well as a new spacing program for ord aircraft was being implemented. This is still being reviewed and as I have not been allowed to listen to tapes I feel that I can't adequately describe the events at this time.
