Passing 10000 ft during departure climb, cabin warning sounded, aircraft had failed to pressurize in the automatic mode. Cabin attendants said there was a loud pressure leak coming from door L-2. Was unsure of reliability of the standby system and the door leak was still present. Decided to return to point of origin to have problems corrected.
