Narrative:
A pilot visiting our facility showed us a copy of 'fdc' NOTAMS changing our approachs. We had not been notified of any changes. In checking with the center which provides our approach control, they were not aware of the changes either.

Title: ATC AND NOAA UNAWARE OF NOTAMED APCH MINIMUM CHANGES AT SAF.
Narrative: A PLT VISITING OUR FACILITY SHOWED US A COPY OF 'FDC' NOTAMS CHANGING OUR APCHS. WE HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES. IN CHKING WITH THE CTR WHICH PROVIDES OUR APCH CTL, THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF THE CHANGES EITHER.
