Narrative:

During taxi out, our FAA inspector observed a transient status message. He waited until landing to inform us. FAA has a responsibility to not keep little secrets in the cockpit so they have a gotcha for later. If the discrepancy was involving safety of flight he should say something.

Title: FLC OF AN ACR LGT ACFT OPERATED CONTRARY TO THE ACFT AIRWORTHINESS PROVISIONS DUE TO AN FAA INSPECTOR NOT APPRISING THEM OF THE STATUS OF THE ACFT EQUIP CONDITION HE OBSERVED PRIOR TO TKOF.

Narrative: DURING TAXI OUT, OUR FAA INSPECTOR OBSERVED A TRANSIENT STATUS MESSAGE. HE WAITED UNTIL LNDG TO INFORM US. FAA HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO NOT KEEP LITTLE SECRETS IN THE COCKPIT SO THEY HAVE A GOTCHA FOR LATER. IF THE DISCREPANCY WAS INVOLVING SAFETY OF FLT HE SHOULD SAY SOMETHING.
