Narrative:
Runway 30 at deland was the favorable runway and all aircraft appeared to be using runway 30. All location calls were being made by all aircraft using runway 30. Approximately 5 aircraft were in the pattern or the vicinity of the airport. Upon landing on runway 30 a low passing small aircraft (white, brown) crossed our path at the intersection of the runways missing us by 50 ft. The aircraft appeared to be confused or intentionally flying very low. After our near miss, the aircraft continued to fly just above tree level and circled the airport. The aircraft cut in front of other traffic in the pattern and on final before departing to the north. No radio calls were made by that aircraft.

Narrative: RWY 30 AT DELAND WAS THE FAVORABLE RWY AND ALL ACFT APPEARED TO BE USING RWY 30. ALL LOCATION CALLS WERE BEING MADE BY ALL ACFT USING RWY 30. APPROX 5 ACFT WERE IN THE PATTERN OR THE VICINITY OF THE ARPT. UPON LNDG ON RWY 30 A LOW PASSING SMA (WHITE, BROWN) CROSSED OUR PATH AT THE INTXN OF THE RWYS MISSING US BY 50 FT. THE ACFT APPEARED TO BE CONFUSED OR INTENTIONALLY FLYING VERY LOW. AFTER OUR NEAR MISS, THE ACFT CONTINUED TO FLY JUST ABOVE TREE LEVEL AND CIRCLED THE ARPT. THE ACFT CUT IN FRONT OF OTHER TFC IN THE PATTERN AND ON FINAL BEFORE DEPARTING TO THE N. NO RADIO CALLS WERE MADE BY THAT ACFT.
