Narrative:
Small transport X landed on runway 17 at publication. He had been instructed to hold short of runway 26R. Small transport X landed and held short of runway 26R approximately 5600 ft from the approach end of runway 17. 5 mins later with small transport X still on the runway 17, atx Y landed on runway 17. The manager has determined this to be a non-incident. The NTSB and northwest mountain region have requested all information on this incident and yet the manager of publication has not sent 3 other controller statements. One of those statements states that the controller observed both aircraft on runway 17 at the same time.
