On approach, at 1300 ft AGL, received GS and localizer flags. Thunderstorm was at jfk. Executed missed approach and 90 degree left turn for thunderstorm avoidance, climbed to 3000 ft, received clearance to phl, declared minimum fuel approximately 13 mins out of phl, landed uneventfully.
