Narrative:
While taxiing on the ramp in jfk, a fuel truck passed under the left wing. The airplane was stopped and the truck kept on coming. It was on an access road and the truck kept on coming. The ramp agents would not stop the truck even after I pointed to it. We also tried to flash the landing lights but that also worked to no avail.
