Narrative:
At pia there is an air cargo ramp to the left of the touchdown area of runway 32 with lights that shine directly out over the runway and are very bright, giving cause for distraction, especially on an ILS down to minimums. Suggest the cargo ramp lights be directed so as to not shine on the runway approach end.
