Narrative:
Problem developed due to pilot of other aircraft not following prescribed landing procedures. He entered traffic pattern on a base leg while there were 3 other aircraft in the pattern. In addition, no radio xmissions were discernable by any of the 3 landing aircraft. Being #3, I was on downwind for runway 10 just about to turn base when the 'bogie' passed beneath my aircraft. No chance for evasive action since my attention was to the left (south) while he came out of the north. Upon landing, thoroughly discussed the event with 'bogie' and refrained from physical contact, although sorely tempted. He said he never saw me or the other aircraft.

UPON LNDG, THOROUGHLY DISCUSSED THE EVENT WITH 'BOGIE' AND REFRAINED FROM PHYSICAL CONTACT, ALTHOUGH SORELY TEMPTED. HE SAID HE NEVER SAW ME OR THE OTHER ACFT.
