Narrative:
I am an ATP who is under certificate revocation proceedings. I have surrendered my ATP certificate, but still fly for our company and act as a passenger in aircraft with a single PIC and other typed or qualified PIC's of the controls. However, I am and have in several occasions helped out by making radio calls to tower, or ATC with the PIC's permission and ok, I am not sure if that is or is not permissible. The last time I have made such radio calls for the PIC was on jun/xx/93 in fulton county airport and the PIC who was actually flying the aircraft, an small transport twin, gave me permission to call on her behalf. There has never been any incidents or problems as the result of my handling the radio calls and in all flts the PIC's have welcomed my help, but I would still like to make this report in case it is not allowed, to use radio of aircraft in the manner described and I will not do so from now on until I hear otherwise. I have made radio calls on jun/xa, jun/xb, jun/xc, jun/xg, jun/xy and jun/xz -- the first on jun xa and last on jun xz (always with permission of PIC).

Title: PAX OF AN SMT PVT ACFT FLT MAKES RADIO CALLS TO HELP OUT THE PLT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND QUESTIONS THE LEGALITY OF THIS ACTION.
Narrative: I AM AN ATP WHO IS UNDER CERTIFICATE REVOCATION PROCEEDINGS. I HAVE SURRENDERED MY ATP CERTIFICATE, BUT STILL FLY FOR OUR COMPANY AND ACT AS A PAX IN ACFT WITH A SINGLE PIC AND OTHER TYPED OR QUALIFIED PIC'S OF THE CTLS. HOWEVER, I AM AND HAVE IN SEVERAL OCCASIONS HELPED OUT BY MAKING RADIO CALLS TO TWR, OR ATC WITH THE PIC'S PERMISSION AND OK, I AM NOT SURE IF THAT IS OR IS NOT PERMISSIBLE. THE LAST TIME I HAVE MADE SUCH RADIO CALLS FOR THE PIC WAS ON JUN/XX/93 IN FULTON COUNTY ARPT AND THE PIC WHO WAS ACTUALLY FLYING THE ACFT, AN SMT TWIN, GAVE ME PERMISSION TO CALL ON HER BEHALF. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY INCIDENTS OR PROBS AS THE RESULT OF MY HANDLING THE RADIO CALLS AND IN ALL FLTS THE PIC'S HAVE WELCOMED MY HELP, BUT I WOULD STILL LIKE TO MAKE THIS RPT IN CASE IT IS NOT ALLOWED, TO USE RADIO OF ACFT IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED AND I WILL NOT DO SO FROM NOW ON UNTIL I HEAR OTHERWISE. I HAVE MADE RADIO CALLS ON JUN/XA, JUN/XB, JUN/XC, JUN/XG, JUN/XY AND JUN/XZ -- THE FIRST ON JUN XA AND LAST ON JUN XZ (ALWAYS WITH PERMISSION OF PIC).
