Narrative:
I accepted a visual approach from ATC for tus international and lined up for landing at davis monthan AFB. At about 1300 ft AGL we realized our error. ATC also broadcast missed approach instructions and vectors for tus. No traffic was reported in dma air traffic area area. Missed approach and landing at tus were uneventful. Contributing factors: fatigue -- 5TH day of a 6-DAY trip for both crew members. Failure of PF to xref visual approach with available navaids, although ILS runway 11L was tuned in on both receivers in cockpit. Human performance: fatigue on part of captain, poor rest on previous 2 nights. Captain had flown into tus many times in past and was familiar with the 2 airports. In a rush to descend from approach altitude he misidented the landing airport.

Title: WRONG ARPT APCH BY ACR MLG CREW.
Narrative: I ACCEPTED A VISUAL APCH FROM ATC FOR TUS INTL AND LINED UP FOR LNDG AT DAVIS MONTHAN AFB. AT ABOUT 1300 FT AGL WE REALIZED OUR ERROR. ATC ALSO BROADCAST MISSED APCH INSTRUCTIONS AND VECTORS FOR TUS. NO TFC WAS RPTED IN DMA ATA AREA. MISSED APCH AND LNDG AT TUS WERE UNEVENTFUL. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: FATIGUE -- 5TH DAY OF A 6-DAY TRIP FOR BOTH CREW MEMBERS. FAILURE OF PF TO XREF VISUAL APCH WITH AVAILABLE NAVAIDS, ALTHOUGH ILS RWY 11L WAS TUNED IN ON BOTH RECEIVERS IN COCKPIT. HUMAN PERFORMANCE: FATIGUE ON PART OF CAPT, POOR REST ON PREVIOUS 2 NIGHTS. CAPT HAD FLOWN INTO TUS MANY TIMES IN PAST AND WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE 2 ARPTS. IN A RUSH TO DSND FROM APCH ALT HE MISIDENTED THE LNDG ARPT.
