Narrative:
Crew was changing aircraft for the third time in 1 day. Upon arrival at hub, the crew went directly from 1 aircraft to the other and performed preflight as per SOP. Before departure on next trip leg, maintenance was performed on aircraft due to a write-up from previous crew. All work from maintenance was signed off as complete and good for continued service in the aircraft maintenance log (aml). At some point before, during, or after preflight, maintenance removed the air cycle machine (acm) fairing. Although all maintenance records showed the work complete and signed off by maintenance, the fairing apparently was never replaced, unknown to the flight crew. The trip leg was flown uneventfully to destination. Post-flight was performed at XA30 local in poor lighting and the missing fairing was not noted. The next crew, the following morning, performed preflight and maintenance records review. The missing acm fairing was not noted then either. During post-flight back at the hub, the missing fairing was noted and reported to maintenance which replaced the original acm fairing.

Title: LTT ACR ACFT WAS INADVERTENTLY OPERATED WITH AN ACFT ACCESS FAIRING MISSING.
Narrative: CREW WAS CHANGING ACFT FOR THE THIRD TIME IN 1 DAY. UPON ARR AT HUB, THE CREW WENT DIRECTLY FROM 1 ACFT TO THE OTHER AND PERFORMED PREFLT AS PER SOP. BEFORE DEP ON NEXT TRIP LEG, MAINT WAS PERFORMED ON ACFT DUE TO A WRITE-UP FROM PREVIOUS CREW. ALL WORK FROM MAINT WAS SIGNED OFF AS COMPLETE AND GOOD FOR CONTINUED SVC IN THE ACFT MAINT LOG (AML). AT SOME POINT BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER PREFLT, MAINT REMOVED THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE (ACM) FAIRING. ALTHOUGH ALL MAINT RECORDS SHOWED THE WORK COMPLETE AND SIGNED OFF BY MAINT, THE FAIRING APPARENTLY WAS NEVER REPLACED, UNKNOWN TO THE FLC. THE TRIP LEG WAS FLOWN UNEVENTFULLY TO DEST. POST-FLT WAS PERFORMED AT XA30 LCL IN POOR LIGHTING AND THE MISSING FAIRING WAS NOT NOTED. THE NEXT CREW, THE FOLLOWING MORNING, PERFORMED PREFLT AND MAINT RECORDS REVIEW. THE MISSING ACM FAIRING WAS NOT NOTED THEN EITHER. DURING POST-FLT BACK AT THE HUB, THE MISSING FAIRING WAS NOTED AND RPTED TO MAINT WHICH REPLACED THE ORIGINAL ACM FAIRING.
