Narrative:
Denver was experiencing a frontal passage. Wind shear alerts around airport plus or minus 20 KTS. The ATIS was forecasting moderate turbulence below FL180. Air carrier X was cleared for an immediate takeoff on runway 26R and wind shear was plus or minus 15 KTS. Proceeded to initiate takeoff roll. Tower said to expedite takeoff. I said we were 'already rolling.' we continued the takeoff roll and were at 90 KTS when tower said 'takeoff clearance cancelled, abort the takeoff.' we aborted the takeoff and taxied off runway 26R at C-6. At the point of our aborted takeoff air carrier Y flew over us landing runway 35L. When clearing runway we asked tower why the abort. He said conflicting traffic had side stepped from runway 35R to runway 35L due to a medical emergency. We then proceeded to runway 35L and departed.
