Air carrier X was descending for ILS 18R at mco, out of 9500 ft. Air carrier Y was en route from mco to jax at 9000 ft. Targets passed after I turned air carrier X wbound. Air carrier X was handed off to me descending out of 10000 ft. My airspace is from 5000 to 3000 ft.
