Narrative:

Based aircraft came in to FBO at garden city, ks, without alternator. Found voltage regulator to be bad and replaced it in accordance with service manual. I tested system, found ok. Looked for logbook and could not find it in aircraft. I keep yellow card so I could make entry on return trip. Aircraft was bellied in at colorado springs, co, 3 days later and was discovered that no logbook entry was made.
