Narrative:
From tucson to phoenix, we had been cleared direct pxr at 14000 ft. Approximately 50 mi out of pxr, ZAB advised of traffic climbing to 13000 ft at our 11 O'clock. We picked up the traffic on our TCASII and I began to pay particular attention because I heard the controller remind the ('jump' call sign) aircraft to stop climb at 13000 ft. We then got a TA followed by an RA. I did not have a visual on the intruding aircraft so I instructed the PF to follow the RA and execute a climb. Conflict was resolved at 14900 ft at which time we advised ATC and returned to our cruise altitude of 14000 ft. Rest of the flight was uneventful. Supplemental information from acn 246345: level at 14000 ft we received an RA on TCASII telling us to climb. We climbed from 14000 ft to 14900 ft to honor the RA. Traffic passed within 700 ft and a mi. Aircraft in question was climbing VFR and had us in sight. He thought he wasn't a factor but he was.

Title: SKY DIVE ACFT IN VFR CLB IN NON ADHERENCE OF ATC CLRNC ATC INSTRUCTION AND CREATES A POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH XING TFC AT 14000 FT.
Narrative: FROM TUCSON TO PHOENIX, WE HAD BEEN CLRED DIRECT PXR AT 14000 FT. APPROX 50 MI OUT OF PXR, ZAB ADVISED OF TFC CLBING TO 13000 FT AT OUR 11 O'CLOCK. WE PICKED UP THE TFC ON OUR TCASII AND I BEGAN TO PAY PARTICULAR ATTN BECAUSE I HEARD THE CTLR REMIND THE ('JUMP' CALL SIGN) ACFT TO STOP CLB AT 13000 FT. WE THEN GOT A TA FOLLOWED BY AN RA. I DID NOT HAVE A VISUAL ON THE INTRUDING ACFT SO I INSTRUCTED THE PF TO FOLLOW THE RA AND EXECUTE A CLB. CONFLICT WAS RESOLVED AT 14900 FT AT WHICH TIME WE ADVISED ATC AND RETURNED TO OUR CRUISE ALT OF 14000 FT. REST OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 246345: LEVEL AT 14000 FT WE RECEIVED AN RA ON TCASII TELLING US TO CLB. WE CLBED FROM 14000 FT TO 14900 FT TO HONOR THE RA. TFC PASSED WITHIN 700 FT AND A MI. ACFT IN QUESTION WAS CLBING VFR AND HAD US IN SIGHT. HE THOUGHT HE WASN'T A FACTOR BUT HE WAS.
