Narrative:
On ground and on departure, omega checks were normal. During climb out, omega status degraded to dead reckoning on a few occasions. An update was accomplished and flight was continued. After approximately 1 hour over water, both omegas degraded again to dead reckoning mode and remained there. ATC was notified, and at coast in we were informed we were 14 NM west of course.
