Narrative:
In checking indicator lights during normal pilot scan, observed a forward door light flickering. The light was out at takeoff and our aural warning unit did not indicate a door problem. In the interest of safety, the aircraft was landed in miami again and the system and door were visually checked. System check satisfactory and flight departed without further incident.

Title: AN ACR LTT HAD A FLICKERING MAIN ENTRY DOOR WARNING LIGHT AND RETURN LAND.
Narrative: IN CHKING INDICATOR LIGHTS DURING NORMAL PLT SCAN, OBSERVED A FORWARD DOOR LIGHT FLICKERING. THE LIGHT WAS OUT AT TKOF AND OUR AURAL WARNING UNIT DID NOT INDICATE A DOOR PROB. IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY, THE ACFT WAS LANDED IN MIAMI AGAIN AND THE SYS AND DOOR WERE VISUALLY CHKED. SYS CHK SATISFACTORY AND FLT DEPARTED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
