Narrative:

I departed home base jul/wed/93 at XA30 am, landed sarina XY40 am, cleared customs slip. Spent day with family vacationing. Called united states customs at abpm that evening (1 hour prior notice), arranged for acpm customs at phn port huran (less than 10 min flight) with traffic en route to sarina. It was evident this time slot would be hard to keep. FBO office at sarina was locked up, a phone was not visible. I failed to file a flight plan, but did clear customs at acpm.
