Altitude deviation of 700 ft. Air carrier X issued traffic at 7500 ft. TCASII issued climb RA to air carrier X which he followed. This put him in a closer proximity to VFR aircraft Y. TCASII RA in this instance, put air carrier X in closer proximity to VFR than if he had followed ATC instructions.
