Narrative:
I am a cfii-mei and was on a pleasure flight with a friend who is a private pilot. He was PIC and I was just along for the ride. We were heading back in to land at wvi airport and were heading for the area of town that he lived in. He decided to make a low pass and buzz his wife. He flew directly over their house and was unable to see if she was there, so he decided to go back again. This was not verbalized to me. Both passes were done at approximately 400 ft MSL. The house is in a subdivision near the edge of town. As I was not PIC nor in any instructing capacity, I did nothing to stop this. Having more ratings and experience than my friend, I should have said or, if necessary, done something to stop it from happening.
