Narrative:

In sum: a foreign born pilot got confused trying to taxi to an FBO at ojc. The ground controller did not reply to his request for help. An oncoming aircraft had to taxi partially off of the taxiway to prevent a nose-to-nose taxiway blockage. The reporter is very contrite.

Narrative: IN SUM: A FOREIGN BORN PLT GOT CONFUSED TRYING TO TAXI TO AN FBO AT OJC. THE GND CTLR DID NOT REPLY TO HIS REQUEST FOR HELP. AN ONCOMING ACFT HAD TO TAXI PARTIALLY OFF OF THE TXWY TO PREVENT A NOSE-TO-NOSE TXWY BLOCKAGE. THE RPTR IS VERY CONTRITE.
