Narrative:
I taxied out of the showplane camping area under the direction of a flagman to the parallel taxiway adjacent to runway 18/36. Upon turning northbound on the taxiway, I was directed by another flagman to move to the right side of the taxiway about halfway to the runway 18 departure point, I was advised that runway 18/36 was now closed and to continue taxiing ahead for a runway 27 departure. Then I came alongside another flag person, and she held up a sign asking if I was a departure. I acknowledged yes and she turned the sign over and it read keep right, and she motioned me to move further right. By that time I was approaching the intersection abeam the tower which is used for runway 18 departures. I continued up and over the 'hill' to the intersecting taxiway and my right wing passed over an small aircraft Y that had been staged perpendicular to the taxiway north of the intersection awaiting clearance onto the runway for the 'fly-by pattern.' his propeller hit my right aileron and lower wing skin causing slight damage. The propeller was broken on the small aircraft Y with no other obvious damage.

Title: SMA SINGLE ENG LAND ACFT WING STRUCK ANOTHER SMA SINGLE ENG LAND PARKED ACFT WHILE TAXIING OUT FOR TKOF, BREAKING THE PARKED ACFT'S PROP AND MINOR DAMAGE TO A WING OF THE RPTR'S ACFT.
Narrative: I TAXIED OUT OF THE SHOWPLANE CAMPING AREA UNDER THE DIRECTION OF A FLAGMAN TO THE PARALLEL TXWY ADJACENT TO RWY 18/36. UPON TURNING NBOUND ON THE TXWY, I WAS DIRECTED BY ANOTHER FLAGMAN TO MOVE TO THE R SIDE OF THE TXWY ABOUT HALFWAY TO THE RWY 18 DEP POINT, I WAS ADVISED THAT RWY 18/36 WAS NOW CLOSED AND TO CONTINUE TAXIING AHEAD FOR A RWY 27 DEP. THEN I CAME ALONGSIDE ANOTHER FLAG PERSON, AND SHE HELD UP A SIGN ASKING IF I WAS A DEP. I ACKNOWLEDGED YES AND SHE TURNED THE SIGN OVER AND IT READ KEEP R, AND SHE MOTIONED ME TO MOVE FURTHER R. BY THAT TIME I WAS APCHING THE INTXN ABEAM THE TWR WHICH IS USED FOR RWY 18 DEPS. I CONTINUED UP AND OVER THE 'HILL' TO THE INTERSECTING TXWY AND MY R WING PASSED OVER AN SMA Y THAT HAD BEEN STAGED PERPENDICULAR TO THE TXWY N OF THE INTXN AWAITING CLRNC ONTO THE RWY FOR THE 'FLY-BY PATTERN.' HIS PROP HIT MY R AILERON AND LOWER WING SKIN CAUSING SLIGHT DAMAGE. THE PROP WAS BROKEN ON THE SMA Y WITH NO OTHER OBVIOUS DAMAGE.
