Narrative:
There has been a problem 30 east of cleveland airport that frequency 124.0 continues to break up with aircraft at 9000 ft and 10000 ft. Many times the transmission are garbled and we have to let the aircraft fly 10-20 mi closer to the airport before we hear clear and uninterrupted xmissions.
