Narrative:
About 160 west of vhp, FL330, cleared to FL290. Saw traffic on TCASII closing and climbing at us. TA followed by RA 'climb, climb.' we were at FL305 and climb back to FL325 'clear of conflict.' the other aircraft told center they descended for RA and then we told center we climbed for RA. They asked us if we were going direct cap. We said 'no direct vhp' as we had been for the previous 400 mi or so. It's a great system.
