Narrative:
Passenger became ill at about 12000 ft. I tried to call for emt's but had trouble with company radio. In meantime, we descended to 6000 ft, heading 180 degrees. We were flight xyz with flight xyz plus 10 also on frequency. First officer was flying and also talking to ATC while I tried to use other radio. He took a call for xyz plus 10 and started descent to 5000 ft and heading 250 degrees which put us in conflict with other traffic at 5000 ft. Controller gave immediate corrective turn and climb. Also got TCASII RA.
