Aborted takeoff due to engine bleed trip off, aborted about 70 KTS, reset bleed, ran engine. Everything looked normal. Attempted second takeoff and bleed tripped off again about 70 KTS or so. Normal abort procedures followed. Followed all SOP's and checklists. Safe low speed aborts.
