Narrative:
Received a VFR TA from bay approach control. Received a TA from TCASII, then increased to RA 'climb, climb.' air carrier procedures are to comply with RA commands, which we did. Climbed to 10600 ft till TCASII said 'clear of traffic' then returned to 10000 ft. First officer on flight told bay approach we are climbing due to RA. Never did see traffic. Landed normally.
