Narrative:
After pushback, could not get moving with normal power, although weight was almost 60000 pounds below maximum for takeoff. Ground control cleared us to taxi, again, and first officer advised them we were trying, but it must be uphill. Since our tail was not pointed toward anyone's ramp area, I used power as needed - - almost 10 percent N1 more than recommended maximum, to get moving. About 5 mins later, someone (unidented) told ground to 'tell (company) not to use so much power, they nearly blew us over.' no mention of aircraft type or location, but it might have been us. I should have asked ground specifically to clear area behind us, rather than let first officer's comment suffice as (uncontested) warning. Our pushback crew must have put one or more of our wheels in the many low spots in the txwys at lga, and I reported that to my company. It did not feel like a stuck brake. Also, the txwys at lga are like mush after a hot day, and I'm sure I'll be long retired before anything is done about that.

Title: AN ACR MAY HAVE CAUSED DISCOMFORT WITH HIS JET BLAST ON TAXIING AT LGA.
Narrative: AFTER PUSHBACK, COULD NOT GET MOVING WITH NORMAL PWR, ALTHOUGH WT WAS ALMOST 60000 LBS BELOW MAX FOR TKOF. GND CTL CLRED US TO TAXI, AGAIN, AND FO ADVISED THEM WE WERE TRYING, BUT IT MUST BE UPHILL. SINCE OUR TAIL WAS NOT POINTED TOWARD ANYONE'S RAMP AREA, I USED PWR AS NEEDED - - ALMOST 10 PERCENT N1 MORE THAN RECOMMENDED MAX, TO GET MOVING. ABOUT 5 MINS LATER, SOMEONE (UNIDENTED) TOLD GND TO 'TELL (COMPANY) NOT TO USE SO MUCH PWR, THEY NEARLY BLEW US OVER.' NO MENTION OF ACFT TYPE OR LOCATION, BUT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN US. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED GND SPECIFICALLY TO CLR AREA BEHIND US, RATHER THAN LET FO'S COMMENT SUFFICE AS (UNCONTESTED) WARNING. OUR PUSHBACK CREW MUST HAVE PUT ONE OR MORE OF OUR WHEELS IN THE MANY LOW SPOTS IN THE TXWYS AT LGA, AND I RPTED THAT TO MY COMPANY. IT DID NOT FEEL LIKE A STUCK BRAKE. ALSO, THE TXWYS AT LGA ARE LIKE MUSH AFTER A HOT DAY, AND I'M SURE I'LL BE LONG RETIRED BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE ABOUT THAT.
