Narrative:
Air carrier X on a visual approach to 18R at dfw. I flew the approach 1/2 DOT high on the ILS because of preceding large transport traffic, and 5- 10 KTS fast because of up and down drafts. At approximately 50 ft AGL, tower cleared 2 mlgs to cross the runway. We had not been told to hold short of those txwys. The captain directed a go around, which I did. The aircraft touched down momentarily before climbing. We passed directly over the mlgs who were in the middle of the runway.

Narrative: ACR X ON A VISUAL APCH TO 18R AT DFW. I FLEW THE APCH 1/2 DOT HIGH ON THE ILS BECAUSE OF PRECEDING LGT TFC, AND 5- 10 KTS FAST BECAUSE OF UP AND DOWN DRAFTS. AT APPROX 50 FT AGL, TWR CLRED 2 MLGS TO CROSS THE RWY. WE HAD NOT BEEN TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF THOSE TXWYS. THE CAPT DIRECTED A GAR, WHICH I DID. THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN MOMENTARILY BEFORE CLBING. WE PASSED DIRECTLY OVER THE MLGS WHO WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RWY.
