Narrative:
Upon level off from a steep climb, the engine quit. Reason is yet unknown. I switched to the right tank from the both position and tried restarting, then the left tank tried restarting, then back to both, and tried restarting. When I leveled off, I was at 1100 ft and after all the restarting attempts I was down to 300 ft. I pulled flaps and landed in the tundra.
