Narrative:
I was working the radar associate (assistant position to the arrival controller). The arrival controller vectored the aircraft, small aircraft X, for an ILS approach at andrews. Over the OM, radar and radio was lost. Police reported the aircraft down on a street near a shopping mall with no injuries.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING THE RADAR ASSOCIATE (ASSISTANT POS TO THE ARR CTLR). THE ARR CTLR VECTORED THE ACFT, SMA X, FOR AN ILS APCH AT ANDREWS. OVER THE OM, RADAR AND RADIO WAS LOST. POLICE RPTED THE ACFT DOWN ON A STREET NEAR A SHOPPING MALL WITH NO INJURIES.
