Narrative:
VFR approach to runway 4 at mei in controled airspace. Non eventful landing at or about 200 ft from threshold. Aircraft slowed to approximately 30 mph. Nose gear collapsed fully. Main gear collapsed approximately 50 percent. Damage was limited to propeller, nose gear door, landing light, forward engine cowling and inboard main gear doors. No property damage occurred other than the aircraft. No injuries sustained.

Title: SMA'S LNDG GEAR COLLAPSES DURING LNDG PROC ROLLOUT.
Narrative: VFR APCH TO RWY 4 AT MEI IN CTLED AIRSPACE. NON EVENTFUL LNDG AT OR ABOUT 200 FT FROM THRESHOLD. ACFT SLOWED TO APPROX 30 MPH. NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED FULLY. MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED APPROX 50 PERCENT. DAMAGE WAS LIMITED TO PROP, NOSE GEAR DOOR, LNDG LIGHT, FORWARD ENG COWLING AND INBOARD MAIN GEAR DOORS. NO PROPERTY DAMAGE OCCURRED OTHER THAN THE ACFT. NO INJURIES SUSTAINED.
