Narrative:
Center cleared our descent to 16000 ft and advised 12 O'clock traffic at 15000 ft. Traffic soon appeared visually and on TCASII at 15900 ft. Questioned center then simultaneously fgt turned, center gave us a descent, and TCASII commanded climb. Traffic passed approximately level inside 2 mi.

Narrative: CTR CLRED OUR DSCNT TO 16000 FT AND ADVISED 12 O'CLOCK TFC AT 15000 FT. TFC SOON APPEARED VISUALLY AND ON TCASII AT 15900 FT. QUESTIONED CTR THEN SIMULTANEOUSLY FGT TURNED, CTR GAVE US A DSCNT, AND TCASII COMMANDED CLB. TFC PASSED APPROX LEVEL INSIDE 2 MI.
